"I am a female, in my 50’s, not so long ago, I was overweight, had high blood pressure, was unfit, felt lethargic and experiencing one of the worst years of my life – I was in a real rut and had no idea how to get out of it. Debbie came along and things very quickly started to change. She was sympathetic to my situation but with her positivity and focused approach she did not indulge my low self-esteem or negativity, rather set me on the road to turning my life around.
